Bellam Putharekulu is a traditional Andhra Pradesh sweet made from rice flour sheets, pure ghee, jaggery, and dry fruits like cashew, almond, and pistachio ¹. The name “Bellam” refers to the jaggery used in the sweet. Putharekulu is also known as “paper sweet” due to its thin, paper-like sheets. Each piece consists of ultra-thin layers of rice starch, meticulously spread and cooked to perfection. These delicate sheets are then generously filled with organic jaggery creating a harmonious blend of sweetness and spice. For both premium and normal boxes, we add a professional touch with our cover wrap. This ensures that both boxes are sealed and presented in a neat and professional manner, making them perfect for gifting or special occasions.
