As the proud offspring of renowned farmers, we represent the first generation of social entrepreneurs.
Our family is from the Godavari region, and we were raised there. Our hamlet, Atreyapuram, is located 26 kilometers away from Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.

Making Putharekulu is the sole source of income for many households in this area, particularly for the women. We always find it tough to get in other places when we are out of station as we are such ardent fans of the genuine taste of Atreyapuram Putharakelu from our infancy.

We are shocked to see that not a single real, healthful sweet is available on any retail shelf or in any snack stores.
We’re looking for something that tastes almost handmade, isn’t manufactured with artificial coloring or palm oil and preservatives, and brings back fond memories of our grandmother’s cooking.
Following We see a lot of ladies struggle to make ends meet on a daily basis for months or even longer. This prompts us to consider the definition of empowerment.

We personally perform numerous quality checks on our ingredients. We employ sustainable production methods and purchase our ingredients from nearby farmers.
